National Association of Realtors have published a study recently of where people go to find a Realtor and where they go to buy a home. So far, we have found 87% of people do most of their shopping online to either Realtor.com or Homes.com.
as a Realtor noticed some of these agents have some sort of template from different companies like Agent Image and Advanced Access.
i find them kind of boring and promotes themselves more than they promote the properties and really don’t give too much information on how to buy or how to sell. I am in the process of finding a good webmaster to help me stand above the crowd. I like to be different.

    In Massachusetts my site: http://www.Territoryre.com

Everywhere at once (sometimes limited but overall good):
    http://www.realtor.com and http://www.trulia.com

** If you are looking in a specific state sometimes it is better to find the version of my site in that state because a lot of times there is better local information and it is very important to remember if you own one home (looking to buy it, or sell and buy another) don’t view real estate from a national statistic level. Real Estate is hyper local, understanding this will lower your risk of bad investments.
