har.com is actually the best website your going to be able to find homes for sale all over the Houston area. But if you’re specifically looking for brand new homes, its best to go to a home builders website to look at new homes that are being built.

There’s really no good centralized/unbaised website for new homes. You just have to know what area you are searching for and just go directly to neighborhoods that are still being built out.
