I just sold a condo. I asked my lawyer when I’ll get the paperwork for the whole sale process and the contract, etc. She says I will not be receiving anything accept the HUD info for the Taxes. Is that true? It doesn’t seem to be correct to me.

Is that lawyer licensed? In any event you should receive, or I should say; demand, that a copy of every single instrument that was used at the closing be provided to you.
You should receive a copy of anything you signed. Purchase agreement, amendments, HUD, deed, vendors affidavit, and any other document which bears your signature. You are not entitled to the documents signed only by the buyer, like the note, mortgage, etc. I would ask the title company for everything you signed and your attorney. In the long run, do you really need all those documents, no, but if you are more comfortable having them then ask for them. In Indiana, title companies make those copies after signing and give them to the buyer and seller at the closing table. I generally throw out everything except the HUD and deed, to cut down on storage.
You should have been given a copy of each document that you signed at the time of signing.
There really shouldn’t be any other paperwork except the final proceeds check and HUD1 accounting statement by the time you close.
