@Dnetgear ,I must let you know,there are no buyers,what do you think a family can do? Not every person is understanding,especially someone like you. Is your job working in a bank,and living at home. Or maybe a high school or college student,who has everything paid by your parent. Mortgage free house means your a renter with Mom and Dad. Who wish the computer gift they gave you could be returned. So,you would live in the real world. Wherever it may be!
Its better the person who is forced out,gives the house the send off,only he can give. Because,the bank will end up having one of there own people move in it. Or vandals loot
and destroy all fixtures,break all the windows,drug overdose in it,or start a fire in it after there graffitti escapade. Of course because living in a home is a personal choice not a right? Its acceptable for people that can not afford to live in a home to live on the streets in the cold. I can not wait for the day when scum like you are forced to go live on the streets yourself then you can go see what its like and I am certain you will be thinking Home is a right not a choice then.

He is. He could have sold it before the situation got to foreclosure. It is stupid people like these that drive up costs which are passed onto other bank customers or taxpayers via bank bailouts.
