   Yeah, there must have been quite a few grow lites plugged in around that place. Not sure about investing money there as far as ever making a profit, but someone could build a spectacular home there if they weren’t worried about flipping it to make money. Not sure that neighborhood is very sought after, especially right now.

   The location is in a gorgeous part of San Diego county, actually. I like how Jim realizes what a great future investment this could be and is so helpful in pointing that out to the discerning potential buyer.
